Activities with Pedro

Tomorrow is new year!! Well, yesterday we went to the "Jardim Botanico". It is this huge park/garden with millions of different flora and fauna. Then I went to the "puppy parlor" with my grandma to drop off her dog, Laila, for grooming. Haha. There were tons of dogs there waiting to be groomed. Again, haha.

Dog Years

I was thinking... how many human days is a dog year?

Here are my calculations:

365/7=52 R:1 52x7=364+1=365

And I got to the conclusion that 1 dog year is aproximatly 52 human days.

Pedro is Here

Yep. Pedro is here. Yeah... it was nice seeing him again. I missed him and every one a lot. Well, his dad is slightly skinnier than before. Today I discovered 3 new bug bites (the one on my wrist is huge). Pedro slept over last night. He's probably sleeping over tonight too.

Yesterday I read 2 comic books and half a "Dear Dumb Diary" book.

At the Mall

Í've been very busy the last two days. We saw this movie called "Marley and Me". We went shopping too. I got:
-3 pairs of undies
-socks
-bermudas
-shorts
-shirts
-2 new books
-a comic book
-a 2009 agenda for next year

The books I got were:
- Dear Dumb Diary #5
- Aquamarine

I'm so exited!! Pedro is coming home today!!

Brazil day 1

I am at my grandparent's house! Finally. Laila, their dog, got really day since the lady time I saw her.

I cannot wait to see my uncle marcio, my aunt isabela, and my cousin Pedro. I miss them all a lot.

Talking about about presents. . .
I've received...

- about 100 pairs of undies
- about 100 pairs of baby-bras
- a bag of: 3 thick skrunchies, 12 thin skrunchies, 6 elastic skrunchies, and 3 different colored piranias.

After having breakfast, we went to the beach. We had fun for a while, but then... It rained on us!! So we had to leave. When we got home, we took a shower, because we were covered in sand. I grabbed the shampoo and I discovered it was pink! I love pink. And anyways... When do you see a pink shampoo? Well, it was cool. Now we are watching a movie. It is called "The Grinch". I don't like it that much, but my brother does'so I just have to watch. Talk to you later.

At the airport

I'm on the plane right now! We took off a few minutes ago. I am so excited!! I just had one of my favorite drinks (guarana) which I have not drank in a very long time. I had a delicious lunch at Gatsby, the airport restaurant. I had pasta with tomato sauce. I drank Pepsi and had chocolate chip ice cream for desert.

The flight stops in sao paolo and then goes directly to Rio. Everything looks so tiny from up here. It looks like a road map. I see clouds under me. I'm higher up than the clouds, can you believe it? There are litreally millions of clouds up here.

Brazil

Today at 3:00, I leave to Brazil. I'm going to Rio de janeiro. My grandparents live there. Their names are Kopler and Guyta. My cousin Pedro lives there too. He's my uncle's son. My mom has 2 brothers: Daniel and Marcio. Marcio is Pedro's dad, and Daniel is my cousin Isabela and my cousin Caio's dad.

I cannot wait to get tu the airport! I love airports (because they mean it's time to travel). Can you believe it has been more than a year since the last time I have been on a plane? Well I'll tell you more on the plane!

Marbella day 2

Today I woke up and went to have breakfast, it was delicious!! After eating, me, my brother, and my parents played board games at the bar. Now we are getting ready to go on an expedition in the woods. I hope we find the canopy there. It was in the woods in winter, it was so cool!! (even though I got scared last year). My dad does not let me wear my crocs to the woods. I see why. Well, I am off to the expedition, wish me luck! I will tell you later about the rest of my day.

After the expedition

I just got back from the expedition. It was a long one though. We found the canopy! But the guys that worked there were not there. So we got on one of the ropes and my dad swung us. It was fun anyways.

Then when we got back, we had icy coke. We were very tired and now are watching television. At 2:30 we are going out for lunch. My parents had too much breakfast so I am just having lunch with my grandparents.

Meal: Steak and French Fries (again)
Desert: A bite of my grandpa's vanilla ice cream.

Marbella

This is my 3rd time in Marbella. Today I had a delicious lunch at the hotel restaurant. My grandparents are here with us. Their room is 205 and my brother, my parents, and I are in room 204.

After having lunch we went to the pool. A few minutes ago we got back from the beach. I got my 1st pair of Crocs today. They're light blue.

Now I'm here in my room (Hotel room), trying to write. It's very hard considering that my brother is trying to do everything possible to annoy me, such as:

• Making noises with his mouth
• Reading his "Dragon" book aloud
• Playing with my crocs
