Day 1 (first full day)

Today we woke up and talked to our parents and dog, wich I miss like crazy.... :( Then I had breakfast and got dressed. Later Rafi and the boys went to the beach while me and my grandma went to get our nails done. I got my fingernails in red and my toenails in white.
Now I'm here writing while waiting for my brother to get back from the beach...
Later we'll probably be having lunch somewhere, going to the mall and then to the new year's party at a friend of my aunt Isabella's house, by the beach. I'll tell you tommorrow about our new year party and how it went.
PS: I have 4 mosquito bites already.
PSS: Mommy, Daddy, Spotty, Omi, Tata, I miss you a loooooot and would like to see you ASAP. Pretty please!!!! <3
PSSS: I got 2 Monica magazines and so did my brother.

Sao Paulo

To get to Rio we had to go through Sao Paulo. After a 3 hour flight I had a little trouble communicating with my parents, but it all turned out ok.

On the plane, one of the flight attendants is actually a mom at our school. Oh! And I found my history teacher on the plane. She was really nice and said that we could call her if we needed anything.

Right now they are closing the doors so we can take off to rio.

Our flight is going to be about 35 mins.

Brazil-The adventure

Today we woke up at 5:00 AM and we got dressed, had a glass of milk, brushed our teeth and went to the airport. At the airport me and my brother dropped off our luggage and got into the humongous chilean police line. Then we said goodbye to our parents and crossed (successfully) the metal detector.Later we crossed the duty free store and proceded to find our gate. Dunkin´Donuts was right in fron of it. We ordered1 egg+cheese sandwichthat took literaly forever, so we ended up drinking bottled water. After that, we went to our gate (15) and boarded the plane. Now we´re on the plane crossing over Argentina. We ate breakfast on the plane; fruit cup, an alfajor, a drink (non alcoholic of course) and a cheese+turkey sandwich. Now I´m watching Going the Distance starring Drew Barrimore.

3 days left to take off...

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sooo freakin' out right now! I am like 1000 times more excited and anxious than I was yesterday, and believe me, yesterday I was plenty of both. My brotherś really excited too.

The last few days were really cool, Eliana, Katie, Garrett, Jack and Alice Rich came to our house. It was a lot of fun and I will miss them a lot and hope to see them all ASAP.

Pre Brazil 2010-2011

The awesomest thing happened!!!!!!!!! Me and my brother are going to Brazil on a 5 hour flight alone no flight attendants guideing us... cool huh? The 30th we take off in the morning arriving in rio to our grandparents house at lunchtime. Our parents will be arriving between January 12th and 15th.

We're going to spend the first few days with my grandparents and my cousin, Pedro. Then the rest of the family will get there. We'll be spending new year in rio (wich is awesome). I'll be checking in everyday up til' the 15th then I'll probably be writing more often in my journal and blogging every other day.

Rainy Sunday

Yep. Rainy sunday, well, technically it already stopped raining... But, still, I dressed for the occasion. I'm in green stretchy pants, thick socks, a big san francisco zoo panda t-shirt, my dad's old nike (XL)
Umm... so I just had lunch: grilled hot dogs and a chicken rissotto me and my brother made (don't think we're fancy, it's one of those Betty Crocker style do-it-yourself baggies). Oh! And leftovers from yesterday...
Well, I'm waiting for iTunes to download to my new computer... And my brother is psichotically begging me to install botle cap's Feeding Frenzy on his computer. (major addiction)

School is finally over and three golorious months of RELAX await...

Yep, so I checked in early. I just couldn't stay away...

Well, first of all, since it's the last night of hanukah, I want to take the opportunity to wish you all a happy hanukah (or a merry christmas if it's the case).

We have reached the end of 2010.

Ok, so I´m finishing year 7 of school. Today, Monday, I´m begining (with my right foot, If you get what I´m sayin´) my last week of school. Today is my end-of-the-year field trip (it lasted all day) and I really didn't want to get my lazy butt to school at 7:30 just to be there in time for math class, which is the only thing I had to do before my field trip, so I didn't, and a good friend of mine did the same and we slept in and we're gonna spend the afternoon in the pool!! :) tadah!

Anyways, tomorrow I have a regular school day :( and a BIG math final, so... tough day tomorrow, I guess... Wednesday is a national holiday so no school yayyyyyy!!!!!! Ummm... Thursday is (omg!! there is someone watching disney's sleeping beauty at maxx volume across the street!! ODD) a normal day too, no tests, though. And Friday is my last day, I also have my final chorus presentation that day at 12:30 (in case anyone's interested), I'll be playing and singing (Elton John style) one of the songs by myself ("Because of you" by Kelly Clarkson), it's gonna be great.

So, yeah, 2010 has not been our year, with the earthquake and the tsunami and (omg!! now they're playing a hannukah song on the sax!! LOL) the miners... oh well, all we can do is hope for the best of next year and make the best of it,. I know I will.

PS: I am writing from my brand new red lap top, I'm guessing the tablet I wanted will just have to wait... Seriously, don't get me wrong, I just adoooooore this PC.
PSS: Yes, I know what the title says, but I will be cheking back in for new year and maybe to tell you about a little something on the 26th...
